Step 1

Fill out and submit the form found on our website. This will help us to understand your requirements better.
Step 2
Consultation
A ShutterLux Expert will contact you to discuss your requirements further and will arrange for either a phone call or virtual consultation. An in-person visit will then be scheduled.
Step 3
Proposal And Confirmation
During the visit and consultation, our ShutterLux Expert will take measurements of your windows and create a proposal. This will then be emailed to you.
If everything looks good, you can confirm the order by following the instructions in the email or by giving us a call. We will require a deposit of 40% to confirm your order, and the remaining balance is due once the installation has been completed.
Our team will notify you via email once the deposit has been received. They will then walk you through the process and other details concerning your order.
Step 4
Delivery And Installation
Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to arrange a date and time to install the shutters in your home. Our team will also conduct a clean up once the installation has been completed.
Don’t forget to also schedule your first-year anniversary complimentary window shutter cleaning.
